Scott has been recognized by Finance and Commerce as one of 40 Minnesotans on the
Scott has his degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University.
Josh Madigan, Vice President
With more than 15 years of interactive and media experience, Josh has played a pivotal role in the development and growth of Adfusion. As vice president, Josh manages strategy, product development and the daily operations of the Adfusion division of ARAnet Inc.
Previously, Josh was an interactive consultant in the wireless and telecommunications industry helping regional wireless carriers build an online presence. He attended the University of Minnesota and received his B.A. from Capella University.
Gary Pedersen, Chief Financial Officer
A financial leader for more than 30 years, Gary has expertise in banking and legal relationships, financial reporting, inventory management, retail operations, strategic planning, tax accounting, investor relations, internal control and auditing. Gary also has experience with family businesses, insurance, benefits and performance coaching and management.
Previously Gary was Executive Vice President-Chief Administrative Officer for Gabbert’s Furniture and Design Studio, General Manager and Chief Financial Officer for Great Water Media, LLC and Chief Financial Officer for Resources for Child Caring, Inc. Gary has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis.
Adam McBroom, Chief Technology Officer
Adam McBroom has 15 years of experience in the technology industry as an entrepreneur, consultant and executive. As CTO of ARAnet, Adam currently leads the technical design, development and management of both the Brandpoint and Adfusion product lines.
Prior to joining ARAnet, Adam worked as a software systems consultant for the mortgage banking industry. Adam graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College and is currently working on his Master of Business Administration at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
Joan Nelson, Director of Business Development
As director of business development for Adfusion, Joan leads a team of digital media managers who procure inventory and optimize campaigns for the content-based advertising platform’s suite of products, including mobile solutions.
Previously Joan was Director of Business Development for Internet Broadcasting’s network of local media websites. She has also worked in traditional media sales management: newspaper, radio and television. Joan graduated with a journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Russ Nolan, Director of Sales, Adfusion
At Adfusion, Russ leads a team of both in-house and in-market sales pros who are responsible for all Adfusion sales for both the Performance and Brand divisions. Russ has more than 25 years of media sales and sales management experience including print, television, sponsorship sales and digital media.
Prior to Adfusion, Russ built and managed the media sales division of North American Media Group, the largest affinity marketer in America and created a new sales division at Orion Multimedia, the largest producer of outdoor television in the country. Russ graduated from St. Cloud State University with a mass communications degree.
Ann Meany, Managing Editor
Ann has more than 18 years of experience as a writer and public relations consultant, and specializes in SEO content for digital marketing initiatives. As managing editor at ARAnet, she oversees a team of writers producing online marketing content, including articles, blogs, website copy and other marketing collateral, for a range of national corporate, government and nonprofit clients.
Ann previously worked for the Minneapolis Institute of Arts marketing team, and as associate editor of Arts magazine, and has also done marketing projects for such organizations as Land O’Lakes and the Blandin Foundation. She holds a master’s degree in public affairs from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
